By downloading, installing, or using the SlabReady mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
SlabReady is an AI-assisted submission preparation tool for trading card collectors. The App provides card scanning and image capture, AI-assisted centering, corner, edge, and surface analysis, submission outlook and candidate assessments, and submission tracking and documentation.
All grading analysis, candidate labels, and submission outlooks produced by SlabReady are AI-generated estimates intended to assist in submission preparation. They are not official grades from PSA, BGS, CGC, SGC, or any other grading company.
SlabReady is an independent application. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Professional Sports Authenticator (PSA), Beckett Grading Services (BGS), Certified Guaranty Company (CGC), SGC, or any other trading card grading company.
All grading company names referenced in the App are used for descriptive purposes only to indicate submission preparation compatibility.

SlabReady, the SR logo, and all related branding are the intellectual property of the App's developer. The App's code, design, and content are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF GRADING ESTIMATES; FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE; UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION; THAT THE APP WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SLABREADY AND ITS DEVELOPER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR: ANY FINANCIAL LOSS RESULTING FROM RELIANCE ON AI GRADE ESTIMATES; ANY DIFFERENCE BETWEEN SLABREADY ESTIMATES AND OFFICIAL GRADING COMPANY GRADES; LOSS OF DATA STORED ON YOUR DEVICE; ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. YOUR USE OF THE APP IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
Your use of SlabReady is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. All scan data and card images are stored locally on your device.
All scans, reports, and submission records are stored locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data. SlabReady is not responsible for the loss of locally stored data resulting from device failure or replacement, app deletion or reinstallation, accidental deletion, or operating system issues or updates.
Your use of the App is also subject to the terms of the platform through which you downloaded it (Google Play). In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the applicable platform terms, the platform terms shall govern with respect to your use of that platform.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
