Delete your SlabReady account

Two ways to delete your SlabReady account.

1 — In the app. Open SlabReady, tap the menu, then Settings. Under Account, tap Delete Account and confirm. Your account is deleted immediately.

2 — Already uninstalled? Email slabreadyapp@gmail.com from the address you signed in with, with the subject Delete my account. We will delete your account and confirm by email within 30 days.

Before you delete: cancel your subscription

Deleting your SlabReady account does not cancel a SlabReady Pro subscription. Subscriptions are billed by Google Play, not by us, and must be cancelled there or billing continues.

To cancel:

Open the Google Play Store app
Tap your profile icon, then Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions
Select SlabReady Pro and tap Cancel subscription

You keep Pro access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

What gets deleted

Your account and sign-in identity
Your email address and user identifier
Your card pricing lookup history
Your subscription entitlement records

What is kept, and why

Billing and transaction records are retained where required for tax, accounting and fraud-prevention purposes. They are not used to identify or contact you.
Card scans, images and submissions stored on your device are never held on our servers, so there is nothing for us to delete. Uninstalling SlabReady removes them from your phone.
